Sanshou Workshop March - April 2008

Shifu Shi Yanzi will be running a sanshou skills workshop, every Saturday and Sunday for 8 weeks, beginning on 1st March. Places are limited, therefore early booking is advised.

Course runs every Sat & Sun 10:30-13:00 (40hours)

Sun 30 March - participants will have a fight trial
Sun 20 April - participants will have the chance to fight in the ring.

Students will train sanshou skills and get the chance to have an experience of fighting. Shifu Yanzi will match students and give students guidance on which skills they need to improve on.

You need to have the following equipment to attend: boxing gloves, shinguards, handwraps, gumshield, groin guard, thai oil, hand pads and kick pads. This course is open to all adult levels.

Money raised from the workshop will go towards giving a 'purse' to the fighters if they win a belt at the competition.
