Shaolin Shao Huo Gun (Fire Staff) Workshop

Come and learn Shaolin Shao Huo Gun (translated as Fire Staff) at the workshop, taught by 34th generation Shaolin Master Shifu Shi Yanzi.

This workshop will be over 2 weekend days, for a total of 5 hours and is an excellent opportunity to learn this form which is done using the 6 foot staff.

The staff is one of the principle weapons of kung fu, being simple and complimentary to one's empty hand technique. Made from slightly flexible rattan, 72 inches long, approx. 1 1/4" long.

Places are limited to 15 and are fast filling up. Please pay at the reception to secure your place.

Staff will be provided for training.
