ONLINE TRAINING
There are more than 75 Live on-line lessons a month to choose from, including Meditation/ Qigong, Adults Kungfu, Kids Kung fu, High intensity Shaolin Workouts and various other special workshops.
During the class, instructors will periodically watch your movements and provide you with feedback for corrections.ย The classes are concluded with a short question and answer session where students may ask questions. Also, all classes are recorded and are available for 48 hours, meaning you get an opportunity to catch up on your favourite classes.
Grandmaster Shifu Yanzi has personally created the on-line course with his disciples, using his experience as a 34th generation warrior monk. These classes are well balanced and will help improve your immune system, lose weight and develop effective self-defence.
