Welcome to Shao Huo Gun (gun meaning ‘staff’ in Chinese), also known as Firing Staff. This is a long staff/stick form which will be taught in-temple.
Lessons 1-6: June 18th & 25th, July 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd
Break (you can come to the class to practice what you learnt so far)
Lessons 7-10: September 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
- Every Wednesday at 7.30pm
- You can purchase your long staff (6ft) from reception. This costs £30 (not included in the £180 course price). If you have your own long staff already, you can bring it
- Temple members with a monthly/yearly subscription do not need to pay for this class, but please still register
- Limited space – priority on the registration list will be given to students who have not done this course before
