Dates: Saturday May 4th and Sunday May 5th
Learn the true ways of Shaolin – not just Qigong, not just forms, not just combat… Shaolin is everything linked together! All aspects must be practised along with body strength/stamina training and good health. Lunch also included.
7.30am – 9.00am: Stamina training (running, jumping, squats, push-ups, Qigong Ba Duan Jin with strength focus)
9.00am – 10.30am: Morning break, breakfast (please bring your own)
10.30am – 12.00pm: Traditional kick/punch combination training with applications
12.00pm – 2.30pm: Lunch break (lunch provided by Temple!)
2.30pm – 5.00pm: Sanshou fighting (punching, kicking and padwork training – using the morning’s traditional training in combat situations)
5.00pm: End of day
If you would like to stay overnight in the Temple, you can bring a sleeping bag. Please let us know in advance.
