Welcome to the Short Stick form, taught by Shifu Shi Hengai in-temple.
- Start date 8th October 2025 – 26th November 2025
- Every Wednesday 7.30pm-8.30pm
- This is an 8 week course
- You can purchase your short staff (5ft) from reception on your first day of the course or about a week earlier.
- The stick costs £25 (not included in the £120 course price). If you have your own short staff already, you can use that.
- Students with an unlimited membership do not need to pay for this course. However, they DO still need to register for it
- Limited space – only 15 people can join the course, so please only register if you can commit!
- New people will be prioritised, people who have already done the course will be added to a waiting list.
