If you want the authentic Shaolin Temple experience, food, gong fu and culture? Then this is where you need to be. The Temple also has a school in China which is open to overseas students. I spent 17 days in China at the sister school curtsy of the Shaolin Temple UK. It was an awesome experience and met lots of lovely and supportive people. Training was tough (7 hours per day), and the food provided was excellent. My son who is 17 has now joined again after a long break and I look forward to taking him to China next year to have the full on training experience. I would urge anyone who is willing to push their limits to join the Shaolin Temple UK. Great facilities, teachers, opportunities and food
