His teaching in Slovenia and in the UK has consistently received positive feedback by the press and students, mostly for helping and improving the community by changing people’s lives for the better. He has a constant wish to deepen the knowledge of treasury Shaolin legacy and make it useful in as many people’s lifes (for improving their health and happiness) as possible. He keeps this wish as a very important part of his life and as a life mission.

Shi Heng Dao sees Shaolin culture as much more than a martial art; he sees it as a way to a healthier and happier life eventually leading even to the highest enlightenment and he is deeply committed to the application and healing potential of the meditation (mental and spiritual practice) at the heart of Shaolin philosophy and practice.
